View from the apartment
Diaz 1 our holiday home is situated in a small private complex, 100 metres from
the sea in the hamlet of Ampalas. The road approaching the complex
is reminicent of Provonce, with its fine open views, lush landscape
and abundance of fig and olive trees.
Ampalas is just a five minute drive to Naousa the enchanting picturesque
harbour town, packed with designer
shops, restaurant and bars but still retains its traditional charm
and cobbled
narrow streets. |

The
luxury two bedroom apartment is very well appointed with all the
modern conveniences to make your holiday just perfect! Just a
very short walk to the beach and fishing port of Ampalas, where
there are six tavernas and a small minimarket,
so there is no need to drive anywhere,
the choice is
yours.
There is also a bus service from the
port in high season.

The
air-conditioned apartment has a very comfortable lounge, television,
Stereo CD player and broadband connection.
There
are two dining areas one inside for formal dining and the back
terrace that overlooks a small olive grove, which
is perfect for breakfast, leisurely
dinners and bbq's.
The
kitchen is fully fitted with full size electric oven with four
hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster electric kettle and full
set of utensils, plates and a dishwasher.

The
main bedroom has a kingsize bed and a window overlooking the gardens
with a view to the sea.
The
second bedroom has two single beds and looks out to an olive grove. |

Apart from the well
appointed lounge there are two recreational areas, the front
terrace with views over the sea to naxos island.
While away leisurely
afternoons watching boats and cruise ships sail by, and in the
late afternoon see the horse riders
cantoring past the complex.
On the
back terrace there is a private bbq for alfresco dinners under
the starlit skys.
